The barrel with the white and turquoise stripes is made of cellulose acetate that was very carefully manufactured and turned into a sleeve. All rings and the typical Pelikan clip are plated with 24 carat gold. The fountain pen has a 14 carat bi-colour gold nib with rhodium trim and will be available in 4 nib widths EF, F, M and B. The matching ballpoint pen has a twist-mechanism.

This new and colourful series reflects the beautiful colour transition as seen in autumn. The bright acrylic material used for this series had to undergo several production steps to more accurately capture and re-create the range of bright foliage colours. The interesting colour nuances from light-transparent to intense orange characterize this series and make the writing instruments nearly gleam. The shiny gold rings and the 14 carat gold nib are also partly covered with rhodium which harmonizes and further enhances the warm colour shades of this series.
All fountain pens feature the patented differential piston system and are offered in EF, F, M and B. In addition a ball pen with twist mechanism is also available.

Souverän® 605 STRESEMANN
The Souverän Stresemann is dedicated to the foreign minister of the Weimar Republic, Gustav Stresemann (1879- 1929), who was honored together with his French colleague Aristide Briand with the Nobel Prize for Peace in 1926. In addition to his political career, Gustav Stresemann‘s style of clothing also sparked his fame. The classical Stresemann suit consists of a black/grey striped trousers and a single row jacket in black or anthracite. The Souverän of Pelikan is popularly known as „Stresemann“, that´s why Pelikan named the Souverän black-anthracite after Gustav Stresemann.
Now Pelikan offers the Souverän in black-anthracite additionally to the sizes 800 and 400, in the very popular size 600. The barrel with the deceptively simple anthracite stripes is made of cellulose acetate. For the black, finely turned parts, high-quality resin was used. The clip and the rings are plated with palladium. The nib is made of completely rhodinized 14 carat gold, to match the silver sheen.
This elegant series consists of a piston fountain pen and a ball pen. All the models of the series 605 Stresemann will be part of the standard collection.
