Please read these delivery terms (Delivery Terms) carefully before ordering products from this website. By ordering products from this website, you agree to be bound by these Delivery Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Delivery Terms, do not use or order products from this website.

Contracting Party

Your contracting party for this website is Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd, part of the Pelikan Group of companies, and operates the Pelikan Store distribution in Malaysia. Pelikan and its sister brands, herlitz, Geha and Susy Card, are the designers, distributors and manufacturer of products offered on this website.

Pelikan Store online offer and prices

The stated retail selling prices include Malaysian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 6% imposed on all domestically sold products. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. Pelikan Store reserves the right to make price and product changes prior to an order placed by you. Pelikan Store reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.

Pelikan Store charges shipping costs. These costs will, if applicable, be charged separately and specified and added up with the total amount of the order.

How is a contract concluded with you?

You can only order on this website if you are a consumer, not a reseller. The age of consent is 18 years old and you must be eligible in order to buy products via this website.

Orders you place through this website are only an invitation to you to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is only concluded upon the confirmation by Pelikan Store e-mail to you. Until you have received this confirmation, you can still cancel the order.


Pelikan Store will deliver your order to the shipping address indicated by you within Malaysia via a local carrier provider. Pelikan Store can only deliver to a delivery address which is a home or office address. Pelikan Store will not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Deliveries will be conducted on business days, not being a weekend or a public holiday. Please allow for 3 – 5 working days upon receiving confirmation order email of your purchase for Pelikan Store to make the delivery to your shipping address.

Please check details for deliveries which will be e-mailed to you. Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation. Pelikan Store excludes any liability for any failure to meet delivery periods.

Special Notice: Slower delivery may be expected during these periods due to the closure of our office and public holidays.

Options in case of delivery problems 

If Pelikan Store Online discovers prior to entering into the sales contract that it can no longer deliver the ordered products, we may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You are not obliged to accept the replacement product. If Pelikan Store online discovers after entering into the sales contract that we can no longer deliver the ordered products, we will be entitled to terminate the sales contract. We will inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.
