WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR GEHA LAMINATORS AND SHREDDERS
- The warranty applies only to Geha products distributed by Pelikan Asia Sdn. Bhd.
- The warranty applies only to defects in material or workmanship and excludes normal wear and tear conditions. The warranty applies only to defects which occur during normal use and does not extend to damages of products or parts which resulted from alternation, repairs, modifications, faulty installation or service by anyone other than an authorization Geha Service Center or authorized service provider.
- You must retain your warranty card and receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any replacement parts provided to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty is warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty.
- This Limited Warranty is extended by Geha to the original purchaser of the Geha Product and is not transferable. Geha warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for shredder and laminator and labour warranty from the date of the original purchase. Products that become defective during its warranty period, Geha will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product with new or reconditioned components or parts without additional charge to you.
- This Warranty does not cover and shall be voided by defects or damages resulting from the following:
- Natural or man-made occurrences or disasters including, but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods,power surges, storms, casualties, accidents, misuse or abuse, neglect, alterations, service or repair by entities other than Authorized Geha Service Providers, improper or abnormal installation(2), materials or workmanship including excessive usage.
- Geha and its Service Provider are not responsible for damages or loss incurred during the shipping process.
- Should your Product prove defective during the Warranty Period, please contact Geha Service Center at enquiry@pelikan.com.my
- Postage, insurance and shipping cost incurred in returning your Product to Geha or its authorized service provider (“Service Provider”) for warranty service is your responsibility. Geha and its Service Provider are not responsible for any loss or damage to the Product while the Product is in transport to or from Geha or its Service Provider. A Product returned for warranty service must be shipped complete in its original packing material or equivalent to avoid damage while in transit.
- Alternatively, the Geha Products can be dropped off and collected at the Pelikan Store, T 202-A, Level 3, The Gardens Mall, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
WARRANTY FOR FINE WRITING INSTRUMENTS
The threefold Pelikan Fine Writing Instruments warranty:
- Pelikan Fine Writing Instruments are processed carefully, assembled by hand, and finally checked for quality and functionality. This warrants the quality and reliability of the Pelikan writing instruments.
- The Pelikan fountain pen nib is manufactured with the greatest precision. Each gold nib is polished and written in by hand.
- The warranty for material and production defects is three (3) years from date of purchase for each Pelikan writing instrument. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, and becomes null and void if the writing instrument has been used inappropriately, manipulated by third parties, is lost, or will be used in combination with other than Pelikan accessories.
If you are not satisfied with your nib width, we will exchange your nib against any available nib width within 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Each Pelikan writing instruments purchased on this website will be accompanied by a Pelikan warranty card which will be dated, stamped and signed by Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd on behalf of Pelikan Store Online.
If the Pelikan writing instrument is still under the warranty period of 3 years from date of purchase, you must send the writing instrument to Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd together with the warranty card and proof of purchase or receipt. We will inspect the writing instrument and inform you of the problem and the solution. Please allow up to 8 weeks for us to conduct the inspections and repairs if need be from date of receiving the writing instrument at our service centre.
If the Pelikan writing instrument is no longer under the warranty period, there may be charges incurred for the inspections and repairs of the writing instrument. We will inform you of the charges and should you agree, we will proceed to repair the writing instrument. Should you not agree, we will return the writing instrument to you.
Postage, insurance and shipping cost incurred in returning your writing instruments to us for warranty service is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the writing instrument while it is in transport to or from Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd.
Alternatively, the writing instruments can be dropped off and collected at the Pelikan Store, T 202-A, Level 3, The Gardens Mall, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HERLITZ SCHOOLBAGS
- The warranty applies only to herlitz schoolbags distributed by Pelikan Asia Sdn. Bhd.
- The warranty applies to only material, workmanship and manufacturing defects up to one (1) year from date of purchase for each schoolbag. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, and does not extend of damages of schoolbags or parts which resulted from inappropriate use, alternations by third parties, repairs, modifications, is lost, or faulty service by anyone other than Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd.
- You must submit your schoolbag along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
- The schoolbag under warranty will be repaired to our best ability, or exchanged for the same model or alternative model available. Please allow up to 4 weeks for inspection of the schoolbag.
- Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse repairs or exchanges of the schoolbag if the defects and damages do not meet the criteria under warranty.
- If the schoolbag is no longer under warranty period, there may be charges incurred for inspections and repairs or exchanges. We will notify you of the charges and should you agree, we will proceed to repair or exchange the schoolbag. Should you not agree, we will return the schoolbag to you.
- Postage, insurance and shipping cost incurred in returning your schoolbag to us for warranty service is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the schoolbag while it is in transport to or from Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd.
