We currently do not accept any returns and refunds on the products purchased on this website. Please make sure that you have your heart set on the products before making a purchase as all sales are final.
We allow for exchanges on products that are faulty or damage upon delivery. The products that are acceptable for exchanges due to manufacturing defects and faults are:

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of the exchange after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange for the same product within 3 – 5 working days.
In the event the same product is no longer available for exchange, we will offer an alternative/substitute product in exchanged for the returned product. In the event there is no other alternative/substitute product, we will then offer a refund of the same amount via the same mode of payment.
